Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Originate and onboard potential dealers and vendors for Anchor-led Supply Chain Finance programs.
• Manage a team of Relationship Managers to drive daily and weekly business outcomes and transaction closures.
• Build and maintain relationships with lender SPOCs at regional and zonal levels to drive business growth.
• Oversee the full transaction lifecycle, from onboarding to limit setup and subsequent disbursal.
• Drive revenue and AUM growth by managing limit utilization, renewals, and identifying cross-sell opportunities for other commercial banking debt products.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Risk teams to design products and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Develop and execute sales plans, field beat plans, and annual operating projections.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in commercial lending or supply chain finance.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CFA, or an MBA in Finance.
• Proven experience managing direct reporting teams across different geographies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze balance sheets and P&L statements.
• Deep understanding of debt products including working capital, factoring, vendor finance, and bill discounting.
• Willingness to travel and a strong, number-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage complex business relationships.
