About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve technical issues raised by the Operations team within defined SLAs
- Collaborate with Engineering to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system bugs, data mismatches, or workflow errors
- Serve as a communication link between Operations and Engineering to share technical findings and updates
- Track, prioritize, and close issue tickets using tools like Jira, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
- Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and escalate them for long-term fixes
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and known errors
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve platform performance and usability
- Support the Operations team with technical queries and data validation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, product support, or operations support
- Understanding of system workflows and APIs
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
