About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional HRIT issues and problems
- Manage and execute Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects
- Interact frequently with clients regarding specific work efforts and deliverables
- Utilize hands-on expertise in personalization, workflow, and design studio to optimize HR systems
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in HRIT tools and processes
- Minimum of 2 years of functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
- Proven track record of completing at least one Fusion HCM implementation project
- Deep expertise in Core HR, Absence, Talent, or Payroll modules
- Hands-on experience with Personalization, workflow, and design studio
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Compensation, Benefits, or other Fusion HCM modules
- Knowledge of Talent or ORC, Helpdesk, Learn, or Work Life solutions
- Familiarity with Fusion Communications or Fusion Advanced Control
- Exposure to HDL, OTBI Dashboards, or SQL skills
