Senior Associate, Workforce Systems

Responsibilities

• Support the development, documentation, and refinement of business processes
• Build and maintain system specification, configuration, and process documentation
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including preparation of test cases, scripts, and defect logs
• Assist with system configuration, testing windows, and deployment planning
• Log, track, and prioritize system defects in collaboration with technology teams
• Deliver training sessions, onboarding, and refresher training to users
• Develop training materials, job aids, and procedural guidance for non-technical audiences
• Provide day-to-day user support and troubleshooting
• Assist with system administration tasks such as user setup and permissions
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience with Workforce Management Systems or Volunteer Application Systems
• Experience supporting system configuration, testing, and implementation
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in documentation, testing, and data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, Project Management, or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a large-scale systems delivery environment
• Ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced, evolving environment
