Senior Associate, VIP Strategic Initiatives

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. We ignite the passions of global sports fans and maximize the presence and reach for our hundreds of sports partners globally by offering products and services across Fanatics Commerce, Fanatics Collectibles, and Fanatics Betting & Gaming.

Responsibilities

• Build deliverables that drive VIP decisions including executive decks, financial models, and ad hoc analysis
• Translate messy inputs into clear, structured, insight-led narratives
• Shape models and dashboards to sharpen visibility into revenue, reinvestment, and customer trends
• Use AI and analytics tooling to automate and accelerate business processes
• Support longer-horizon strategy work, including org design and GTM strategies
• Collaborate across VIP, Loyalty, and the broader Fanatics organization

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years in management consulting, investment banking, loyalty operations, or an early-stage startup
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience
• Exceptional storytelling and ability to build executive-ready slides
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve unstructured problems
• Early AI adopter comfortable with agentic workflows
• High energy and ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders
