Senior Associate, Video Investment Group

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute video platform media buys for clients
• Assist in reporting and tracking budgets, savings, and value to ensure accuracy
• Evaluate partner proposals and assist with campaign set-up and execution
• Manage day-to-day activities including entering buys into MBOX and updating buy summary documents
• Monitor network buys daily based on audience delivery data to ensure in-flight delivery
• Handle billing discrepancies and resolutions
• Manage campaign documentation including insertion orders, specs, creative rotation, and billing
• Participate in departmental projects and distribute conference reports from status meetings

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience within media advertising
• Understanding of multiple media channels, specifically Digital/Video media buying
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and math skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a team setting
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business concentration)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using various media tools (e.g., MediaOcean, IMS, ADviews, ComScore)
• Knowledge of media math and stewardship processes
