Senior Associate/Vice President, Real Estate Equity Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic asset management plans for a diverse pan-European living sector portfolio, including multifamily and student housing
• Coordinate debt workstreams, including asset refinancing and restructuring
• Lead conversations with JV partners to drive business plans forward
• Manage the disposal process and lead all transaction execution workstreams
• Monitor property performance and market trends to identify value enhancement and cash flow optimization opportunities
• Review property management agreements, lease agreements, and franchise contracts to ensure optimal asset strategy
• Oversee property-level business plans, capital expenditure programs, and quarterly valuation updates
• Collaborate with internal acquisitions, finance, legal, and investor relations teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in real estate or finance within a private equity or investment management background
• Proven experience working in operational real estate asset classes
• Experience managing bank refinancings and debt restructurings
• Strong financial modelling skills and ability to conduct detailed operational analysis
• Outstanding academic record from a top-tier university with a minimum 2:1 (or equivalent)
• Ability to be hands-on and effective within a small, nimble team environment
• Excellent attention to detail
