Senior Associate/Vice President, Philanthropy and Private Markets, Alternative Credit

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of Promote Giving by engaging with external investment firms and onboarding new signatories
• Build and manage relationships with non-profit organizations, foundations, and industry partners
• Lead outreach to prospective charitable partners and manage inbound partnership opportunities
• Coordinate evaluation efforts, including reviewing impact metrics, scalability, and effectiveness
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks to track charitable commitments and progress
• Enhance the visibility of philanthropic initiatives through publications, events, and digital content
• Create compelling materials to articulate the firm’s "compounding with purpose" strategy
• Lead event coordination and marketing campaigns for the Alternative Credit team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
• Familiarity with foundations and philanthropic practices
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing complex relationships
• Extensive communication and marketing skills, including social media and digital content
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Cursory knowledge of the financial community and culture
