Senior Associate-US Payroll

Responsibilities

• Process US payroll and HRIS tasks with high accuracy and efficiency to meet specified TAT and quality levels
• Provide effective payroll and HRIS services to ensure timely and accurate employee salary payments
• Respond to customer requests, queries, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Manage the quality and accuracy of operational tasks and support 100% SLA attainment for the team
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal and external clients
• Perform second-level data verification and provide feedback on quality issues identified during audits
• Calculate, prepare, and transmit manual payments and third-party disbursements
• Maintain process-related reports, documents, and ensure ISMS compliance
• Suggest improvements to systems and procedures to enhance business efficiency

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in payroll or HRIS processing
• Graduate degree or Diploma holder
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Proven track record of customer service via face-to-face, telephone, or written communication
