Senior Associate – UI Design

Responsibilities

• Design and implement pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality UI components
• Create and evolve design systems and UI component libraries to ensure brand consistency
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to deliver seamless experiences
• Optimize UI for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
• Ensure all designs comply with WCAG accessibility standards and platform guidelines (iOS, Material Design, etc.)
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team

Requirements

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Axure
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
• Expertise in mobile-first, responsive, and adaptive design
• Strong knowledge of WCAG, ARIA roles, and inclusive design principles
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work effectively in a multi-functional environment
