Senior Associate, Treasury

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the corporate investment portfolio and ensuring compliance with investment policies
• Support debt capital markets activities and compliance tracking
• Perform quantitative analysis and modeling for interest rate and FX risk
• Execute daily cash positioning and global bank account utilization
• Process wires, ACH payments, and intercompany settlements under SOX controls
• Build and maintain rolling short-term cash flow forecasts
• Manage global banking relationships, KYC compliance, and bank fee optimization
• Lead initiatives to automate treasury workflows and implement TMS or ERP integrations
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal on payment routing and banking infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or investment banking
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and ERP
• Strong knowledge of macroeconomic indicators, fixed-income markets, and derivative instruments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Claude Code and other AI tools
