Senior Associate, Treasury

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cash flow forecasting for private debt and private equity strategies
• Sign off on investor capital calls, distributions, and credit facility activity
• Manage external outsource providers for facility data and covenant calculations
• Execute FX trades and money-market fund transactions to support liquidity
• Act as a signatory for sensitive deal wires and urgent payments
• Provide line management for the Treasury team's day-to-day activities
• Identify and implement AI use cases for liquidity analytics and cash forecasting
• Support Treasury Management System (Hazeltree) upgrade projects

Requirements

• Deep treasury experience in private equity or private credit
• Experience with subscription credit facilities and NAV financing
• Hands-on experience with Treasury Management System implementation or upgrades
• High Excel proficiency including VBA
• ACT Certificate in Treasury (CertT) or CFA qualification
• Experience executing FX trades and money-market transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing small Treasury teams
• Practical knowledge of applying AI in a treasury context
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Cala
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards and custodian reporting platforms
