Senior Associate - Transaction Services

Responsibilities

• Use financial acumen and knowledge of GAAP to assist clients with financial, operational, and tax issues associated with M&A transactions
• Conduct and review research and analysis of financial and accounting issues related to business transactions
• Assist in the preparation of quality of earnings and networking capital analysis for buy- and sell-side deals
• Participate in executive management interviews with target companies
• Draft sections of reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables
• Collaborate with project teams to manage workstreams and ensure deadlines are met
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members

Requirements

• CPA, Chartered Accountant, MBA Finance, or Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting
• 2-4 years of relevant transaction experience
• Experience analyzing quality of earnings (EBITDA), networking capital, and cash flows
• Advanced Excel skills (SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, etc.)
• Ability to travel as required
