Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and evaluate quantitative and non-quantitative data to solve complex client problems
• Develop methodologies and approaches using techniques such as regression, optimization, and simulation
• Implement analytical approaches by developing Excel-based models to produce actionable results
• Prepare technical documentation, including reports, memoranda, and presentations, to communicate insights and recommendations
• Verbally explain and defend analytical work to colleagues and clients in both formal and informal settings
• Train and guide less experienced team members to support project success
• Maintain situational awareness regarding client needs and overall project objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., economics, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or statistics)
• Minimum of 3 years of quantitative analysis and problem-solving experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical work in both written and verbal formats
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain a minimum of a Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with defense, intelligence, or civil agency program cost and economics analysis
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and work products simultaneously
• A strong interest in solving government resource allocation problems
