Senior Associate - Talent Planning

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consolidated hiring plan dataset and develop rolling global workforce plans
• Reconcile and report hiring plan data, communicating planned vs. actual requisition status to stakeholders
• Support the rollout of continuous recruitment processes and hiring plan administration workflows
• Partner with analytics leads to ensure data supports recruitment process dashboards
• Lead data reconciliation with Organizational Design and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure alignment
• Provide hiring process guidance and serve as a point of contact for issue resolution
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with high discretion
• Collaborate with team members to drive ongoing process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in Talent Planning, Workforce Planning, or HR Operations
• OR a Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in hiring plan management, workforce data reconciliation, and reporting
• Experience partnering with HRBPs, Workforce Planning, and Talent Acquisition in a global environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/workforce planning tools
• Strong analytical, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills
