Senior Associate, Streaming & Community Fundraising

Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an independent international organization that provides medical care to the people who need it most. MSF USA is one of 24 sections supporting the global movement, primarily through staff recruitment, fundraising, advocacy, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and execution of streaming and gaming fundraising events, including ideation, planning, and post-event analysis
• Foster relationships with content creators and fundraisers to align interests with organizational goals
• Manage the streaming, gaming, and community fundraising channel within the broader marketing strategy
• Develop and implement donor and creator engagement plans to drive participation and retention
• Identify potential improvements to streaming and community fundraising practices
• Analyze fundraising performance and creator engagement data to formulate actionable plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in livestream, gaming, community, or peer-to-peer fundraising
• Proven expertise in driving revenue growth and scaling fundraising programs
• Strong understanding of streaming platforms and creator ecosystems
• Experience managing fundraising campaigns from planning through execution
• Experience with CRM and fundraising platforms such as Salesforce, Tiltify, GoFundMePro, or DonorDrive
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel 15% to 30% for work

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with gaming, livestream, and online community culture (RPG/MMO, tabletop, TCG)
• Existing connections across niche or mainstream creator and gaming communities
