Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Independently own cross-functional operational projects from problem definition through solution design, execution, and results measurement
• Drive operational readiness for new Consumer product and service line launches by defining workflows and building support infrastructure
• Analyze operational and member experience data to identify patterns, surface root causes, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
• Design, build, and iterate on internal processes, workflows, and tooling to improve efficiency for Consumer Support and Provider teams
• Partner with Product teams to represent the voice of operations, flagging member pain points and defining requirements for new features
• Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure to track operational health and enable data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, strategy & ops, consulting, or a related analytical role
• Experience working at a startup or high-growth tech company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets modeling
• Experience using SQL or BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Proven track record of managing complex projects end-to-end
• Fluency with AI tools to improve operational workflows and create automation
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with a builder's mentality
