Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the approach to menu accuracy, including descriptions, pricing, and photo coverage, to improve the consumer experience.
• Drive activation quality by defining "great" onboarding standards and closing the gap between signed merchants and live status.
• Manage and monitor tools and technology used across the Onboarding & Activation workstream to ensure effective performance.
• Improve Early Merchant Success by tracking health signals and refining interventions to drive long-term retention.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, and Integrations to unlock better data quality and shared activation standards.
• Turn data into action by using SQL to track metrics, diagnose root causes, and build business cases for new initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, analytics, or product within a fast-paced or marketplace environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL to pull data and drive recommendations.
• Proven ability to design durable systems, playbooks, and processes.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• A builder mindset with a strong eye for detail and a commercial understanding of marketplace dynamics.
• Ability to communicate complex operational problems clearly to diverse stakeholders.
