Senior Associate, Strategy - Consumer Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Design and execute rigorous analyses for senior executives related to customer opportunities using quantitative research and analytics
• Design and maintain complex SQL queries to join large, disparate datasets to drive strategic insights
• Build interactive dashboards to enable stakeholders to self-serve insights
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline SQL analysis and critical executive reporting
• Help evolve consumer surveys and work with research panel providers to deliver results
• Independently manage workstreams and contribute to collaborative group problem-solving

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least one year of experience in Business Analysis, Strategy Consulting, Data Analysis, or Financial Modeling
• At least 6 months of experience using SQL, joining disparate datasets, and driving insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in quantitative programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience using business intelligence tools like Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Looker
• Proficiency using GitHub for version control and collaborative coding
• Experience with survey design and the analysis of customer survey data
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience influencing decision-making
