Senior Associate, Strategy & Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, test, and launch new growth channels to drive revenue
• Identify opportunities to unlock revenue, improve margins, or eliminate inefficiencies
• Build business cases for new investments, product expansions, and market opportunities
• Evaluate marketplace performance across consumer and service provider dynamics
• Build models, dashboards, and tools for data-driven decision making
• Hypothesize and launch UX improvements across web properties
• Monitor core P&L KPIs and surface risks or growth opportunities
• Experiment with LLMs and automation tools to scale impact

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic and professional achievement
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, or business operations
• Experience building and deploying tools, automations, data systems, or AI-driven solutions
• Exceptional structured problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience building models and analyzing unit economics
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity
• Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
• AI-native mindset with proficiency in leveraging automation and tooling
