About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead client and prospect engagement by addressing complex inquiries and producing tailored reports
- Drive the RFP and presentation process, including tailoring responses and preparing custom materials
- Manage CRM and client data integrity within Salesforce
- Oversee day-to-day communications and prioritize incoming requests from clients and prospects
- Partner cross-functionally with investment professionals, portfolio specialists, and marketing teams
- Contribute to sales and marketing strategy and campaign development
- Maintain deep product expertise regarding investment objectives, differentiators, and fee schedules
- Mentor and support junior staff on complicated transactions and workflow processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in asset management or comparable industry
- SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) licenses required or must be obtained within 90 days
- Deep understanding of the investment business and intermediary distribution landscape
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-profile projects under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Progress toward MBA, CFA, or advanced degree
