About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling and analysis to support active restructurings and equity-owned portfolio companies, including 3-statement operational modeling and liquidity analysis
- Support due diligence efforts and performance improvement initiatives for owned portfolio companies
- Review and negotiate legal documentation related to credit, equity, and restructurings
- Communicate with management teams and advisors regarding strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Draft and present Investment Committee memos to senior leadership
- Utilize proprietary software tools for company tracking and monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, credit, private equity, or investment banking
- Advanced MS Excel modeling skills and advanced MS PowerPoint skills
- Experience reading and analyzing credit, equity, and restructuring-related legal documents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, demanding, and dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel periodically
