Senior Associate Solutions Engineer – Automation & AI

Responsibilities

• Build and configure intelligent, AI-driven automation across contracting workflows using enterprise platforms
• Implement solution components across Salesforce, Conga CLM/CPQ, Model N, and related systems
• Support end-to-end contract lifecycle processes including creation, approvals, amendments, and renewals
• Develop and support integrations using APIs and middleware following standard patterns
• Contribute to AI-enabled use cases such as contract summarization and workflow automation
• Execute development activities including configuration, scripting, data mapping, and workflow setup
• Participate in unit and integration testing and support defect resolution and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 4-8 years of professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in development, configuration, and implementation of enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise SaaS platforms
• Experience with API integrations and data exchange across systems
• Proficiency in Java or Python
• Exposure to AI and automation tools or workflows in a technical environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Conga CLM/CPQ, Model N, MuleSoft, Databricks, or Anaplan
• Experience configuring workflows, rules, or automation within enterprise platforms
• Exposure to Generative AI tools or AI-assisted features in enterprise applications
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management or pricing systems
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
