Senior Associate, Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade SQL data pipelines using dbt, Snowflake, and Python
• Develop and manage orchestration workflows using Airflow or equivalent
• Build AI applications including LLM apps, RAG architectures, Custom GPTs, and Agent systems
• Support AWS-based infrastructure including VPCs, ECS, EKS, and S3
• Containerize services using Docker and manage workloads in Kubernetes
• Develop Python-based tools for API integrations, data transformations, and automation
• Partner cross-functionally with Investment, Client Advisory, Operations, and Finance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure
• Experience in AI Application development including LLM APIs and RAG Pipelines
• Proficiency in AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Advanced Python proficiency
• Advanced SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience implementing CI/CD and DevOps best practices
• Experience in wealth management, asset management, or fintech

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce data integration experience
• Experience designing secure AI architectures
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
