Senior Associate Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable enterprise CRM solutions on Salesforce and Conga CLM/CPQ platforms
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
• Configure Conga CLM and CPQ capabilities, including workflows, approvals, and pricing rules
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST APIs and middleware
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD processes
• Troubleshoot application defects, integration issues, and production incidents

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 to 9 years of professional experience in software engineering or enterprise application development
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce automation technologies
• Experience developing integrations using REST APIs and middleware technologies
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Conga CLM and CPQ platform development and configuration
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft
• Exposure to DevOps and release management tools like Copado or Gearset
• Salesforce Platform Developer, Administrator, or App Builder certifications
