Senior Associate Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain predictive models, decision support tools, and dashboards using Python, R, SQL, and Power BI
• Build and automate data pipelines for data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and model training
• Partner with delivery teams to embed data science outputs into business operations to improve efficiency and reliability
• Monitor, maintain, and tune machine learning models to ensure accuracy and sustained business impact
• Conduct data exploration, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis to identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to operationalize ML models and support automation scalability

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 5 to 9 years of professional experience in data science or software engineering
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R, including libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy
• Advanced SQL skills, including experience with joins, CTEs, window functions, and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with Databricks notebooks, PySpark, and Delta Lake
• Expertise in data visualization using Power BI (DAX, Power Query) or Tableau

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps tools such as Airflow, SageMaker, or Azure ML
• Understanding of Generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Knowledge of ITIL practices, ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), and Agile/SAFe environments
