Senior Associate, SharePoint Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and configuration of SharePoint Online sites, project spaces, and intranet pages using standardized templates
• Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate cloud flows to support business processes
• Provide day-to-day support for the corporate intranet, including troubleshooting publishing, layout, and content deployment issues
• Manage SharePoint permissions and access controls to ensure secure and appropriate access
• Collaborate with content owners and designers using Adobe Creative Cloud to produce visual assets and instructional videos
• Deliver training and guidance to site owners on intranet best practices, permissions, and site management
• Create and maintain technical documentation, job aids, and user guides

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including modern sites, pages, lists, libraries, and permissions
• Proven experience developing Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate cloud flows
• Experience integrating SharePoint data with Power BI reports and dashboards
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools such as Teams, OneDrive, Forms, and Viva
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PowerShell
• Bachelor’s degree is required
