Responsibilities

• Monitor the entire IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, applications, and associated jobs 24/7
• Analyze alerts in real-time, prioritize issues, troubleshoot, manage escalations, and resolve problems promptly
• Conduct proactive maintenance to safeguard the health of IT systems and infrastructure
• Take full ownership of events from detection through resolution, including comprehensive reporting
• Mentor junior associates and staff, providing guidance and support
• Install monitoring agents, monitor capacity levels, and generate reports
• Collaborate with Application Support, Development, Storage, Server, Database, and VM teams
• Review system event logs, identify configuration errors, and manage system software verification
• Monitor usage levels, identify runaway processes, and configure alerts for Oracle and SQL databases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years experience with proficiency in monitoring systems and tools
• Previous 24/7 operations experience
• Proficiency in Dynatrace, SolarWinds, and ServiceNow ITOM
• Experience with Microsoft SQL and IIS
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekend support
