Senior Associate, Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day building functions, inspections, safety compliance, and property upkeep
• Manage tenant relationships, including inquiries, complaints, move-ins/outs, and lease enforcement
• Prepare and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, collect rent, and track expenses
• Coordinate vendors and contractors such as Facility Management, Security, and Cleaning
• Negotiate service agreements through regular and ad-hoc tendering processes
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, fire safety codes, and company policies
• Support due diligence preparations and processes to ensure property readiness for sale

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in industrial property oversight
• Strong knowledge of leasing laws, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to manage budgets, perform financial analysis, and control operating costs
• Experience with budget forecasting and financial reporting
• Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, Anaplan) and Excel
• Fluency in English
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
