Senior Associate, Security Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for physical security installations, defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
• Maintain portfolio-level project controls, tracking schedules, budgets, and forecasts using tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.
• Partner with regional business leaders, engineers, and finance teams to align technical security outcomes with business objectives.
• Govern regional compliance and quality standards, ensuring installations adhere to local safety regulations and data protection laws.
• Support the continuous improvement of delivery frameworks through post-implementation reviews and optimized documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing technical projects within physical security technology, construction, or facilities management across EMEA environments.
• Solid technical understanding of physical security infrastructure, including video surveillance (e.g., Axis, Genetec) and access control systems (e.g., HID, Software House).
• Strong financial and project control skills, including budget management and cost tracking.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for collaborating with diverse teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency with modern project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active PMP, PRINCE2, or APM certification.
• Vendor or platform certifications in physical security technologies (Genetec, Axis, Software House, or OpenPath).
• Familiarity with EMEA compliance and security standards, such as BS EN 50133 or ISO 27001.
• A degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
