Senior Associate, Seating Bowl Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage, update, and review space allocation for ticketed and accredited zones
• Develop seat maps based on venue and ticketing information
• Update the ticketing team on operational seat kills
• Work with stakeholders for broadcast and press accredited seating
• Plan and review ticketed and accredited numbers based on past Games
• Review spectator flows from ticket scanning to seating bowl entry
• Recommend opportunities to maximize revenue and illustrate optimal ticketing scenarios
• Set agendas and maintain master schedules for seating bowl projects
• Manage cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in building seat maps for the ticketing system

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant industry experience in manifest development, inventory management, or ticketing operations
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to derive and present data-driven insights
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Forma (ACC)
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with Tableau
