About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute well-designed in vivo studies to evaluate novel bispecific antibodies, including mouse handling, dosing (IP, IV, subcutaneous), and blood/tissue collection
- Perform ex vivo immune profiling using flow cytometry, ELISA, and MSD to characterize pharmacodynamic response and mechanism of action
- Process tissues and tumors for immune cell isolation and downstream analysis
- Generate high-quality, well-documented datasets to support program advancement and internal reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align experimental design with program needs
- Present scientific findings in group and cross-functional meetings
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience in oncology, immunology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with mouse handling and in vivo tumor models
- Proficiency in cell culture and immunoassays such as ELISA or MSD
- Experience with flow cytometry
- Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality data with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate scientific findings clearly
