Senior Associate - Salesforce Sales and Experience Cloud Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into Salesforce solutions
• Document functional requirements and create solution designs, system architecture, and ERDs
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud features
• Design and implement Experience Cloud portals for partner management and self-service
• Implement AppExchange products such as DocuSign, Conga, and OwnBackup
• Identify integration requirements and suggest approaches for ERP and middleware
• Prepare configuration runbooks and guide development teams
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce with strong understanding of Sales and Experience Cloud
• Completion of more than two end-to-end implementations of Sales and Experience Cloud
• Hands-on experience with CPQ implementation and Quote-to-Cash processes
• Proficiency in Salesforce automation features such as Flows
• Strong knowledge of Apex and LWC
• Experience with DevOps and Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Knowledge of integrations with NetSuite/ERP via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft or Boomi
• Sales Cloud Consultant and Experience Cloud Consultant certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• CPQ Administrator or Revenue Cloud Consultant certification
• Agentforce Specialist certification
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Platform Developer I & II certifications
• Integration Architecture Designer certification
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Marketo
