Senior Associate Salesforce QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications, focusing on CPQ and Sales Cloud
• Design and maintain functional, regression, integration, sanity, and UAT testing
• Validate Salesforce CPQ processes including configuration, pricing, quoting, and order management
• Perform integration testing to ensure data integrity across Salesforce objects and integrated systems
• Automate and execute regression test suites to improve release quality
• Track, prioritize, and report defects using Jira
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to QA process improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in functional and automation testing of Salesforce applications
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ testing
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud business processes
• Expertise in QA automation tools such as Provar, Selenium, or equivalent frameworks
• Hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP)
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Salesforce Billing and Revenue Cloud
• Experience with load and performance testing
• Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Provar Automation or Selenium WebDriver Certifications
• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification
