Senior Associate - Salesforce Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable custom solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Aura
• Implement and configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, Flows, validation rules, and approval processes
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, and schedulers with robust exception-handling logic
• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs with internal and external systems
• Utilize DevOps tools including Copado, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation and release management
• Participate in code reviews, manage releases, and perform root-cause analysis to optimize system performance
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Mentor junior developers in standard development practices and platform optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4-7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Aura
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Expertise with Copado, Git, and CI/CD practices in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, object models, and security models

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Salesforce Administrator certification
