Senior Associate Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide risk consulting and guidance to one or more business areas regarding their specific business lines
• Develop and leverage key relationships with stakeholders to enable enterprise-wide collaboration
• Document and manage internal and external reporting requirements and execution processes
• Align business processes with company requirements and frameworks
• Write and revise critical documentation including policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines
• Develop and enhance processes, tools, templates, and job aides to improve risk methods
• Collaborate across multiple organizations including Operational Risk, Compliance, IT, and Internal Audit

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 1 year of experience in project or process management

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Project or process management
• At least 1 year of experience in Risk Management
• At least 2 years of experience in Presentation/Communication
• At least 1 year of experience in Change management
