Senior Associate, Risk Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Represent the 24/7 Intelligence Team within the Global Operations Center (GOC) as the most senior member on shift
• Produce AI-enabled intelligence to identify emerging risks and drive actionable decisions
• Serve as the on-shift intelligence lead during critical incidents, providing risk assessment and decision-ready context
• Develop and present Daily Intelligence Briefs, subject-specific INTSUMs, and formal intelligence assessments
• Monitor tactical-level intelligence feeds and triage alerts through effective escalation procedures
• Partner with Engineering and Tech Ops to automate intelligence workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Crisis Management, Legal, Comms, and Trust & Safety teams
• Lead structured handovers between regional operations centers to ensure global continuity

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in intelligence, crisis management, or global security operations
• Advanced tradecraft skills including OSINT and SOCMINT fundamentals
• Working proficiency in GIS tools such as QGIS, ESRI ArcGIS, or ATAK
• Literacy in meteorology and natural hazards to transform weather data into intelligence
• Proven experience leading people in official or unofficial capacities
• Ability to act swiftly and confidently under pressure during high-stakes events
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional/military experience
