Senior Associate, Revenue Operations

Responsibilities

• Support the operational rhythm of the Sales organization through pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical models for pipeline health and seller productivity
• Partner with GTM Systems to optimize the revenue technology ecosystem, including Salesforce and workflow automation
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Enablement to improve GTM processes
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across all revenue systems

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related GTM function
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and quota allocation
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data management
• Advanced analytical skills using Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated curiosity regarding AI and automation technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth technology, fintech, or SaaS companies
• Familiarity with GTM tools like Gong, Salesloft, or Clay
• Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards
• Exposure to AI-enabled workflows and automation tools
