Senior Associate, Revenue Intelligence & Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot data hygiene, automate workflows, and maintain SOPs
• Build and maintain dashboards for acquisition, engagement, and renewal metrics
• Streamline commission tracking and forecasting through automated reporting
• Identify and research high-quality prospects aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile
• Create prospect briefs and referral maps for Regional Directors
• Track member interactions to develop engagement scores and retention correlations
• Identify declining engagement signals to support churn prevention
• Prepare materials and track follow-ups for weekly revenue and pipeline meetings

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or Research
• Experience working with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Experience building dashboards and analyzing funnel metrics
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to translate data into clear insights
• Based in New York City

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in venture capital, private markets, or investment research
• Experience in membership, community, or B2B network businesses
