Senior Associate (Retail Broker)

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in the retail sector through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
• Drive revenue growth by identifying solutions and opportunities for various service lines
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales, and Equity Placement/Debt Financing teams
• Maintain company databases and CRM systems to track prospects and business opportunities
• Participate in local business and industry events to expand market knowledge and network

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial real estate sales experience, including phone and in-person canvassing
• Active California Real Estate License
• Strong knowledge of lease structures, including NNN, modified gross, and full-service leases
• Proficiency with CRM programs
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Deep understanding of market cycles and the ability to develop strategic plans
