Senior Associate, Restructuring and Turnaround Services

Responsibilities

• Use financial and operational acumen to advise clients on underperforming, distressed, or bankrupt businesses
• Assist with in-and-out of court bankruptcy reporting to courts, U.S. Trustees, and creditors’ committees
• Conduct research and analyze complex data sets to synthesize into reports, presentations, and pitch decks
• Work with financial models and evaluate financial statement information including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow
• Partner directly with clients to support needs and deliver high-quality projects
• Collaborate with project team members to manage workstreams and ensure deadlines are met
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of finance, accounting, or related experience
• Strong analytical rigor and communication skills
• Ability and desire to travel as required based on client location
