Senior Associate, Relationship Management Operations

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of EMEA Relationship Management on key strategic initiatives and project timelines
• Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process enhancements across the EMEA function
• Manage Salesforce data and develop methodologies for tracking client and prospect activity
• Create automated reporting and dashboards to improve visibility into AUM, capital flows, and pipeline
• Prepare high-quality materials, agendas, and briefing documents for investor meetings
• Coordinate logistics and stakeholder alignment for investor events, roadshows, and conferences
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Investor Relations, and Compliance

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• Minimum 5 years of corporate experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience building reporting frameworks and data visualizations
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in asset management, investment banking, or buy-side environments
• Familiarity with leveraged finance and alternative investment strategies
• Experience using Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau
