Senior Associate - Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level legal support within the Real Estate practice group
• Manage complex real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions
• Handle real estate financing matters and commercial office leasing
• Collaborate with a team-oriented group to ensure client success

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of legal experience in real estate
• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Strong background in real estate financing
• Expertise in commercial office leasing
