Senior Associate, Raw Materials

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of knit material and trim development across seasons from concept to final adoption
• Partner with Design and Product Development on knit fabric and trim assortments
• Act as the primary point of contact for knit material and trim topics across cross-functional teams
• Lead development with suppliers including briefing, sampling, testing, and iteration
• Evaluate technical feasibility, performance, and risk to meet product requirements
• Own accuracy of material data within PLM and seasonal tools like WFX and MDD
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline development workflows
• Maintain and evolve fabric libraries and archives
• Schedule and lead appointments with knit mills and trim vendors

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in raw materials, textiles, or fabric development
• Strong technical knowledge of knit fabrics, yarns, and construction methods
• Experience working with PLM systems, Excel, Airtable, and Google Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with autonomy
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
