Senior Associate, Quality Assurance Engineering (Analytical Science & Technology)

Responsibilities

• Lead the qualification of laboratory equipment, systems, and methods to meet committed timelines
• Perform troubleshooting and investigations related to laboratory equipment and systems using advanced technical and analytical skills
• Remediate gaps and drive continuous improvement for laboratory equipment, systems, and methods
• Support the development and transfer of analytical methods to ensure accuracy and precision
• Assist with LIMS masterdata update and improvement projects at both site and global levels
• Support periodic review activities for equipment, systems, and methods
• Act as an Administrator for specific laboratory equipment and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate lab results into manufacturing processes
• Ensure all processes comply with GxP regulations, Alcon Quality standards, and Health Safety and Environment standards

Requirements

• Degree in Science or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a GxP regulated environment
• Strong knowledge and skills in laboratory equipment, systems, and methods qualification
• Proven project management skills
• Proficiency in computerized systems knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)
