Senior Associate Project Manager - Travel Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the ultimate project owner to remove blockers and drive strategic travel initiatives forward
• Develop and maintain delivery execution plans, tracking progress against timelines and risks
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Tech, Design, Marketing, Risk, and Legal teams to manage product rollouts
• Create and maintain system documentation to assist with onboarding, collaboration, and launches
• Map, track, and resolve dependencies across internal teams and external third-party partners
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status reporting and facilitating go/no-go decisions
• Champion well-managed processes for risk, legal, and compliance requirements
• Support testing planning and execution, owning documentation and ensuring SME inputs are completed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management, or Risk Management
• At least 2 years of experience with Google Suite products
• At least 2 years of experience leading technology delivery projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA
• 4+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management, or Risk Management
• Experience utilizing project management tools such as Jira
