Senior Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project scoping, planning, objectives, and scheduling
• Manage project teams, task assignment, and resource efficiency
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Oversee project documentation, budgets, and status reports
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Support PMO in establishing governance frameworks and standardizing methodologies
• Drive innovation through new tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
• Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• 4–6 years of project management experience in consultancy or PMO environments
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multiple complex projects in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of PMO functions including governance and portfolio management
