Senior Associate, Program Management, Deployment Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the deployment schedule across multiple customer rollout programs to meet commitments and sales demand
• Maintain visibility into pipeline, backlog, and in-flight deployments using trackers and dashboards
• Balance field resource allocation to maximize throughput and minimize scheduling conflicts
• Serve as the primary coordination point between Deployment Operations and the Pilots and Special Projects team
• Partner with Store Planning, Hardware Supply Chain, and Customer Experience to align on timelines and logistics
• Assign internal resources to active projects based on skill set, availability, and priority
• Drive continuous improvement of scheduling, issue tracking, and standardized SOPs

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program management, operations coordination, or deployment operations
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills across multiple workstreams
• Experience managing vendor deliverables and partner accountability
• Financial fluency in budget tracking and program-level spend reporting
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional coordination
• Strong written communication skills for status updates and escalations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail store deployments or multi-site rollouts
• Familiarity with RFID, IoT, or hardware-plus-SaaS environments
• Experience building SOPs and operating playbooks from scratch
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification
