Senior Associate, Program Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage, prepare, and direct budget controls for large and complex programs
• Forecast funding profiles to ensure adequate availability within negotiated positions
• Monitor and control costs for both internal and external customers
• Perform Estimate at Completions (EACs), assess profit impacts, and provide variance explanations
• Manage P&L forecasting for Orders, Sales, Profit, and Investments (OSPI)
• Identify Risks & Opportunities (R&O) and prepare ad hoc financial analyses for senior management
• Interface with Program Offices and functional departments to support program execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance within the defense industry
• Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) and government contracts
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
