Senior Associate, Product Strategy and Operations

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and scaling of new products by coordinating cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, GTM, Ops, and CS
• Work directly with clients to analyze workflows and goals to support successful launch and adoption
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to drive feature development
• Assist in the development of GTM strategies, including segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch planning
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Track progress against success metrics to ensure growth of new product lines

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or similar roles in technology or high-growth environments
• High performance ranking or marks in previous roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and market insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced settings
• Demonstrable ability to take ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days per week
